15 years of maturation in traditional American Oak whisky barrels release flavors of honey and vanilla. A lively and summery single malt which has been finished in casks that previously held sweet Madeira wine. Unique flavors from tropical climates, infusing this beautiful liquid with richer deeper flavors synonymous with the wine’s historic transatlantic journeys and the variations in climate. Luxurious packaging inspired by the sun, Warm colours to mimic the hot tropical conditions, stippled tactile paper for the dappled sun rays and delicate rich red foils denoting the flavors brought by the finishing Madeira cask.

Color: Golden yellow.

Nose: Overflowing flavours of blackcurrants and brambles slowly layered with gingery-syrup and delicate spice.

Palate: Ripe fruitiness from fresh peaches lead to a citrus orange zing, toasty hazelnut and a crisp oak coating.

Finish: Long lasting with vanilla.
